But without air conditioning, how come? because what is the need for air conditioning if the sea breeze can enter freely into the villa which is equipped with electricity and fresh water. Geographically viewed, Nirvana Water House is in a bay that is barely bumpy. Such sea conditions allow the villa to be safe from tidal waves throughout the year.
